​Ginnie Mae is announcing the publishing of additional REMIC Factor Tranche Data that was not included in the REMIC 2 Factor file, remic2_201912.zip, published to the Disclosure Data Download page on January 15th.  There are two attached files:

  • “remic2supp_201912.txt”,  is a separate, one-time supplement to the REMIC 2 Factor file and contains 1 record. 
  • “remic2supp2_201912.txt”, is a separate, one-time supplement to the REMIC 2 Factor file and contains 3 records. 
The REMIC 1 Factor and REMIC 2 Factor files will not be republished; users should update their records accordingly.  For questions related to this bulletin, please send an email to investorinquiries@hud.gov.  Inquiries to this email will be addressed within 2 business days.
